The Program Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of AltaCair Foundation’s community health, social service, and collaborative initiatives. This role helps ensure programs run efficiently, partnerships are maintained, events are well organized, and community members receive timely support and resources.

Operations Coordinator (with Executive Support)

AltaCair Foundation is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, program logistics, and executive functions. This role is critical in ensuring efficient internal processes while supporting leadership in advancing community-based health initiatives across underserved colonias in the Rio Grande Valley.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about improving community health outcomes.
